Kenyan coffee profiles are changing due to climate impacts on harvest, but we find comfort in this classically profiled coffee from the Kabingara Factory. A depth of sweetness which reminds us of red currants, balanced with a bright, gooseberry-like acidity, and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of meringue.
