02*House Coffee (Medium)

This is a classic and balanced blend of coffees with a round and sweet mouthfeel.

Ideal as a balanced filter, or espresso.

West coast coffee stands for solidarity with the producers we work with, and our customers. In creating a product like our House Espresso, we're able to reach consumers who are sustainability conscious, but don't want a coffee that is too much outside their comfort zone. We've met them halfway with a more developed roast profile, in a balanced blend of coffees which are fully traceable. 

A high volume product like this opens up avenues for us to purchase larger volumes of coffee from the producers we already work with, sorting sizes of coffees which would otherwise end up in commercial blends, and initiate new direct purchasing collaborations with single farmers in new origins which would otherwise be limited by intermediators or volume requirements.

70% Guarani, Saõ Paulo, Brazil, Natural Bourbon (Sourced through FAF)

30% Odo Shakiso, Man City, Guji, Ethiopia, Natural Heirloom (Sourced with logistical help from Belco)
