Aristedes is the brother and neighbour of Yaved, a producer we’ve worked with for a decade now. We’re super happy to have been able to buy Aristides’ coffees this year, and are looking forward to continuing this collaboration with him. This lot is a Colombia and Castillo mix, which we’ve found to be extremely creamy, tart and sweet like stone fruits.

Aristides is the neighbour to his brother Yaved, and Yaved's wife Yobani who we have a longstanding relationship with. Christian has been buying Yaved and Yobani's coffees for over a decade, and it's been incredible to be a part of their growth and development. We're so happy to now be buying coffee from Aristides, and hope to continue working with him for many years to come.
