This coffee is selected as our Ethiopian Christmas coffee, for its creamy, sweet, and slightly spiced character. Sends in a limited edition triangular handle box. The violet note is a shorthand description of a spiced, floral, and depth of sweetness which reminds us of root beer, or sarsparilla.

High in the Arbegona Woreda of Sidama Region, at altitudes ranging from 2,200 to 2,280 meters above sea level, the Kurupe farming community cultivates coffee with patience, knowledge, and deep respect for the land. This is one of the highest coffee-growing areas in Sidama, where the cool highland climate produces dense beans with refined acidity, balanced sweetness, and the region's signature flavor profile.
